Ocean Palms is a 240 unit, 40 floor, oceanfront highrise located in Hollywood Beach Florida. After obtaining entitlements for the project, The Plaza Group partnered with Avatar Holdings, Inc. to finance and construct the project.

The Plaza Group marketed the units with its own sales center and in-house salespeople. The project was 50% sold within one year and sold out one year prior to completion. The building was constructed within budget by Coastal Construction which was directed by Plaza Group's own team of four construction professionals.

The project return on cost was greater than 40%. In 2007, Ocean Palms was selected as Best of Show high rise residential development by the Builder's Association of South Florida.

As with our previous projects in Broward County, Ocean Palms Grand Penthouse set a new price record in the county with its Grand Penthouse having been sold for five million dollars.

The projects amenities include a two story spa and fitness center overlooking the resort pool and Atlantic Ocean. In addition the building has its own board room, theater, billiards and club room.
